We Opened SocoJoes Because Colorado Springs Deserved Better Coffee
We weren't trying to build a brand. We were trying to build a better Tuesday morning. After years of working in specialty coffee, we knew there had to be a place in Colorado Springs where the espresso was pulled with intention, the pastries were actually flaky, and the baristas remembered your name.
So we opened the doors on Templeton Gap Road and committed to doing the unglamorous work right: sourcing directly from farms, baking before dawn, and treating every customer like they matter. Two years later, that's still the plan.
